If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests within this period; however, cancellations after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that PayPal charges a non-refundable transaction fee for each payment. In the event of a customer-requested cancellation or refund, a 4.4% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, as this fee is retained by PayPal and is not returned to us.
According to PayPal’s policy: “You don’t pay any fees to refund a payment for goods or services. But we don’t return the fees you paid when you got the payment.”
