Shipping Time and Handling

• Processing Time: 3–5 working days
• Our delivery time frame is 7 – 12 business days. Please do not worry if your tracking number has been slow in getting updates as this largely depends on the carriers.
  If your tracking number has not been updated for over 30 days, kindly contact our team to request a refund for your purchase. For remote places, the shipping time might take a little longer.

• To keep import taxes to a minimum, we mark all deliveries as “gifts.”
• The shipping company’s website may not update your tracking information for up to five days.
